  • Blooms is an online floral store by Table and Company that offers retail a la carte fresh floral arrangements for life’s many special occasions.

  • Our floral arrangements can be used for many different occasions such as:

    • Well-wishes (for a family with a new born baby or get-well soon for someone in the hospital or recovering)

    • Wedding table centerpieces

    • Lunch or Dinner table centerpieces

    • Hostess Gift

    • Realtor Gift (for new home owners

    • Corporate appreciation gifts for client’s

    • Birthdays

    • Baby and Bridal Showers

    • Graduation

    • Funeral / Celebration of Life

    • Store or Shop Openings

    • And many many more…

  • We offer a la carte services for our Blooms and they can be ordered for any of your special events!

    • Weddings (Ceremony and Reception florals)

    • Private Events (you can use our blooms as table centerpieces)

  • We offer 2 types of arrangements in various sizes:

    • 4” or 6” medium arrangements that are sold in a set package of 4, 6, 8 and so on. These are designed to be used as Corporate appreciation gifts or Event table centerpieces

    • 8” or 9” large arrangements that can be in a flower box container or wicker basket based design. We usually advise the best container to use depending on the sentiment and occasion for the gift. These arrangements are designed to give the WOW factor both for you and your loved one, they surely give a lasting impression!

  • At the moment, we don’t offer hand tied arrangements

    All our arrangements are designed in floral boxes, wicker baskets and rectangular vases

  • We welcome special requests from our customers if you have something specific in mind that you would like to add with the arrangement.

    Currently, our florals can have add-ons such as French macarons, Floral buttercream cupcakes and Charcuterie Grazing boxes that can be added to any floral order.

    If you wish to add any other item just let us know and we can look into how we can accommodate it.

  • We only offer fresh florals in all our arrangements and at the moment do not offer dried or artificial florals.

    Minimal dried / preserved items can be added depending on the design / size and availability at the time of your order.

  • We use fresh premium blooms that are sourced from local growers and international suppliers.

    We work with what is available in season and select flowers that match your chosen color theme.

    We cannot always guarantee specific flower varieties in every arrangement, please reach out to us prior to finalizing your order and we can advise you what is currently available.

  • We offer add-ons to any of your Blooms and you can choose one or more of the following to be added to your order:

    French Macarons

    • French Macarons (colors will be matched to your Blooms color palette)

    • Flavors to choose from are chocolate, vanilla, salted caramel, passion fruit, taro, coffee, cookies and cream and rasberry

    • Minimum order is 1 dozen and you can choose upto 2 flavors per dozen

    Floral Buttercream Cupcakes

    • Minimum order is 1 dozen

    • You can choose between chocolate or vanilla cupcake base

    • Buttercream is made of Swiss Meringue buttercream and contains eggs and dairy

    Charcuterie Grazing Boxes

    • Each box is good for minimum 2 people. Please let us know if you would like to add more serving

    • Grazing boxes will contain a selection of deli meats, cheese, fruits, nuts and a selection of savory items. You can view the menu here

    • Custom gift boxes - we can accommodate custom requests if you would like us to curate a custom gift box with your order. Just let us know any request and we will try our best to make it happen.

    Important note: Items above are NOT prepared in a nut-free facitlity. Ingredients may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. Please let us know if you have any allergies or food sensitivities.

 

Order and Payment

  • Please review the details and descriptions in our BLOOMS page and place your order through our Order Form

  • We require minimum 5 days notice for any Blooms order. This also applies to any add-on package (Macarons, Floral Cupcakes and Grazing Boxes)

  • We require 100% full payment prior to delivery of any orders.

    We accept payments by:

    • Credit cards Visa or Mastercard (through our online portal with an additional 3.5% processing fee) *We do not accept Visa Debit or American Express

    • E-transfer to events@tableandcompany.ca

    • We do not accept cash payments upon delivery or pickup

    • All orders are subject to GST

  • Order Changes:

    • Changes and updates to your order can be no later than 1 day after your order is placed.

    • Please note that we are an online boutique shop and do not carry stock of floral product. All our blooms are specifically allocated per order. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes.

    Cancellation:

    • Cancellations made after we send you an order confirmation will be subject to a $30.00 Administrative Fee. We will issue a credit for a future order.

    • Any cancellation made 3 days prior to delivery will be non-refundable.

    Returns:

    • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately at 778.228.6468 and email us images of your order at kristine@tableandcompany.ca

    We can offer a replacement on a case to case basis or issue a credit for a future order.

 

delivery & pickup

    • Yes we do. This will be calculated upon order confirmation once we receive the delivery address you provide on the Order Form.

    • Delivery fees will be added to your invoice upon order confirmation.

    • You can pickup your orders from our location in River District, South Vancouver.

    • Exact pickup address will be provided upon order confirmation and sent to you by email.

  • We delivery any day of the week and you can choose from two delivery window

    • Morning between 10am and 12 noon

    • Afternoon between 2pm to 4pm

    • We currently do not accommodate same day orders and delivery.

    • We require minimum 5 days notice for any Blooms order and add-on packages

  • We cannot always guarantee to deliver at a specific time. Our delivery windows are:

    • Mornings between 10am and 12noon

    • Afternoon between 2pm and 4pm

    • We will try to accommodate your request, please let us know in the order form at the time of placing your order

    • We will try our very best to deliver your order at the date and delivery window requested in your order form.

    • In cases that it is not possible, due to weather conditions or if the recipient is unavailable, we will notify you immediately

    • We can deliver the order to your location instead or make another attempt at delivery but will be subject to another delivery fee

    • Due to the perishable nature of our Blooms, we will return your order to our location for safe keeping as from our experience, it is unsafe to leave your order at the door. These can include if the recipient is unavailable, poor weather conditions, very hot or freezing temperatures, or the possibility of theft of damage to the product.
